What do you bring?
The professional skills and responsibilities include among others:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance, understand the Dutch financial services sector and have a strong business network.
- Demonstrate proven in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, best practices in financial services and/or success in roles with managing compliance-related engagements.
- Knowlegde about the regulation around AML (anti mone laundering) and ESG
- Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to support the continuous growth and build relationships with internal and external clients.
- Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realises they are required.
